Louise Games has over 20 years of membership association experience driving all aspects of global integrated membership and marketing programs. During her 8-year tenure at PMI, she has supported the global team responsible for implementing the membership strategy and cultivating the member value proposition. Louise led the implementation of membership automatic renewal and currently supports the membership model redesign transformation project. She is the Product Manager of Snippets, an innovative digital content-based product that is undergoing beta testing. Louise has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, and is a Certified Association Executive (CAE) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
