Diana Hong is a managing director in the Strategic Communication practice at CRA, Inc. in Radnor, PA. She advises organizations on effective employee and change communication, with emphasis on virtual teams, social media, project management, financial operations, corporate performance, and business technology. Ms. Hong has ample experience in workforce globalization, diversity, and cross-cultural communication; enterprise technology change and business process outsourcing; corporate communication audits; and communication cascades of strategy. She presented on leading virtual teams and agile change management at PMI ®Global Conferences in 2017 and 2018. From her previous work in corporate finance and mutual fund operations, Ms. Hong is experienced in the DMAIC and Six Sigma process improvement methodology. She holds a master's degree in information science from Pennsylvania State University, and is familiar with agile, waterfall, and hybrid approaches to software development. She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor's degree in international studies and a bachelor's degree in economics from the Wharton School. Her academic focus areas were Latin American economic history, international finance, and monetary policy, which she continued with research on multinational corporations, Argentine healthcare financing, and South American municipal participatory budget systems while working with the State Department. She is fluent in Spanish and Korean.
