Kash Ahuja is a program manager at Google, focused on mergers and acquisitions (M&A). His work at Google has spanned multiple deals including acquisition of hTC's smartphone business, Xively (from LogMeIn), Fabric (from Twitter), and the spinout of CSquared to help bring millions in sub-Saharan Africa online. Prior to joining Google in early 2016, he led M&A efforts for Deloitte, working on deals ranging from US$100 million to US$8+ billion. Prior to program management, he performed many different roles as an IT professional, from managing IT operations for a large cancer care agency in Canada (Cancer Care Ontario) to deploying an enterprise communications application to 100,000 users at Wells Fargo Bank to building servers, networks, firewalls, and data centers. In addition to being a proud Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification holder, Mr. Ahuja holds an MBA from University of Toronto (Rotman School of Management), an M.Eng in computer networks, and a bachelor's degree in computer science. He was featured on PMI's "Projectified™ with PMI" podcast on mergers and acquisitions in the episode released on 16 January 2019.
