#307 - Ethical Trends and Challenges in the Project Life Cycle
Description:
This session will raise awareness of global trends and challenges that may influence projects; alert practitioners to ethical dilemmas that may occur throughout the project life cycle, whether intentional or by accident; and foster an appreciation of the relationship between the law and ethics and show how they are both similar and different.

Learning Objectives:
At the conclusion of this session, participants will be able to: (1) examine roles and responsibilities that project managers have in applying interpersonal skills and making key decisions from an ethical perspective;(2) discuss how to tackle some of the common ethical issues that are faced by project managers.
