#502 - Decision Making for Project Management Excellence
Description:
Some of the biggest challenges to bringing projects on target and on time (especially process and technology projects) relate to decision making. It is, therefore, necessary to find ways to overcome indecisiveness, analysis paralysis and mental blindspots, and thus achieve one's potential as a project manager. Dr. John Nunn gave practical advice on decision making at the tournament chessboard. Join us as we explore the advice and apply it to decision making on projects.

Learning Objectives:
At the conclusion of this session, participants will be able to:(1) identify common problems that plague project managers at the threshold of decisions;(2) apply concepts from tournament chess and chess psychology to improve decision making in project management.
