#506 - Agile for the Rest of Us: It's a Mind-Set
Description:
We all know that agile works for software development and IT applications, but what about the rest of us? This session follows the Nemours Children's Health System ESPMO transition from a traditional approach to an agile mind-set toward project and portfolio management, opening the door to faster delivery of value and less waste for all types of projects.

Learning Objectives:
At the conclusion of this session, participants will be able to:(1) demonstrate how an agile project management office (PMO) can maximize value delivery;(2) apply agile methodologies to drive enterprise strategy.
