If you have ever wanted to learn about the exciting space of M&A where scope creep and changing timelines are the norm—and how to manage them without losing your faith in the profession—come to this session.

Learning Objectives:
At the conclusion of this session, participants will be able to: (1) describe the M&A life cycle and the role a project manager plays in making M&As successful;(2) identify the skills required to be a successful project manager in M&A projects.
