The world is rapidly changing, thanks to emerging technologies, improved communication and the rise of the independent project professional. These changes have necessitated a mindshift and innovation. For project success, independent project professionals and organizational leaders must work together as partners, communicating continuously, and thinking like entrepreneurs.
