Description:
Project management knowledge is quite mature and the number of professionals has significantly increased. However, projects' on-time and within-budget performance has not had a proportionate improvement. They are not meeting the flawless execution criteria, and a significant fraction of projects have large cost and time overruns. This session will show how some innovative problem-solving techniques have been used to achieve flawless execution across multiple projects of varied sizes in different industries.

Learning Objectives:
At the conclusion of this session, participants will be able to: (1) develop the criteria for flawless execution of projects;(2) discuss the power of innovative problem-solving techniques in achieving flawless execution.
