#536 - Unlocking the Mysteries of a Project Management Toolkit
Description:
In a world of cross-functional teams and complex dependencies, project managers must be able to resolve challenging problems while navigating their projects toward success. To achieve these results project managers often use proven methodologies and tools that help them to mitigate risks, enhance organizational communication, and unite team members. In this workshop, we will review tools used in five project management areas as referenced in the "A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide)" – Sixth Edition and discuss best practices for end user adoption. Following the discussion, groups will be able to practice using these tools with a highly interactive murder mystery-style game.

Learning Objectives:
At the conclusion of this workshop, participants will be able to: (1) demonstrate usage of tools for various project types;(2) develop a project management toolkit outline and strategies for end-user adoption.
